I can’t hear my clinician, and/or the clinician cannot hear me.
- Check if the microphone, speakers, or headphones are plugged in and not muted.
- Unplug the device, then plug it back in.
- If it’s a bluetooth device, ensure that it is turned on and connected properly.
- Ensure that no other applications are using the microphone at the same time.

My video does not work.
- Allow Zoom to access your camera on your device

I can’t find the chat window.
- While in a meeting, click Chat in the meeting controls (bottom toolbar).
- In the To: drop-down menu, select Everyone.
- Enter your message in the chat window.
- Press Enter to send your message.
