POLICY:

The professional limited liability companies of Vori Health (Vori Health Medical Group, PLLC, a Tennessee professional limited liability company; Vori Health Medical Group, P.C., a California professional corporation; Vori Health Medical, PLLC, a New York professional limited liability company; Vori Health Medical Group, PLLC, a Michigan professional limited liability company; Vori Health Medical Group, P.C., an Alaskan professional corporation; and, Vori Health Medical Group, PLLC, a Massachusetts professional limited liability company), collectively referred to as "Vori Health Medical Group, PLLC (VHMG)" complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex.
